Gemstones Gold by PG Soft is a 6-reel, 5-row video slot that uses a cluster pay mechanic. Wins occur when 8 or more matching symbols appear anywhere on the reels.

Symbols

Symbols include a variety of gemstones, as well as special scatter icons and multipliers tied to the bottom reel.

Low-paying symbols

Not every spin in Gemstones Gold is about chasing giant multipliers or rare gemstones — sometimes it’s the more modest wins that keep the reels turning. The low-paying symbols in the game are styled after classic card suits, each rendered as colourful, polished gems to match the slot’s vibrant aesthetic. Let us look at how much each one pays:

High-paying symbols

The real shine in Gemstones Gold comes from its brilliantly cut gemstone icons — the high-paying symbols that offer bigger rewards for larger clusters. These radiant gems aren't just for show: land 8 or more matching symbols in a spin, and they can trigger serious payouts, especially when paired with cascading wins or activated multipliers.

Each gemstone is styled with rich colours and sharp polish, giving the reels a premium, treasure-filled look. Let’s look at what each one pays and how they stack up:

Scatter Symbol

The Miner triggers the Free Spins round when 3 or more land.

Multiplier Blocks

Appear below the reels and are activated during spins. Once all three under a cluster are revealed, the multiplier is awarded.

Special features

• Cluster Pays & Cascading Wins - Land 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the reels to win. After each win, symbols explode, allowing new ones to drop in. This cascade can continue multiple times in a single spin, stacking your rewards.

• Multiplier Reel Feature - A special multiplier row sits below the main reels. Before each spin, three multiplier blocks appear with random values from 2× up to 500×. When winning clusters align above them, blockers are removed. If all three are cleared, the multiplier is applied to your total win.

• Free Spins Feature - Land 3 miner scatter symbols to trigger 10 free spins. Additional scatters add +2 spins each. During this bonus round, all six multiplier slots are active, massively increasing your chances of hitting multiple multipliers per round.

• Bonus Buy - Don’t want to wait for scatters? Use the Buy Feature to jump straight into the Free Spins round for 75× your current bet. It’s a fast track to potential high multipliers and big wins.
